PA Shooting Stars 2011 Season Evaluations

 

Please fill out this Registration Form in advance of being considered for a 2011 PA Shooting Stars team.  

Evalutaions are normally held at the Warwick Township Field at 315 Clay Road Lititz, PA 17543. 

Evaluation for the 2011 season have concluded, with the exception of the 10u team and one slot remaing for the 12u team.  Evaluations are fairly robust and include, but are not limited to:

  • Hitting - This will include evaluating bat speed, power, bunting and slapping skills
  • Fielding - All players will be run through drills for both small ball performance and tracking of fly balls in the outfield
  • Pitching - Evaluations are made on both the performance and mental toughness.  Qualified pitching instructors will participate in this evaluation.
  • Catching - Blocking and throw down skills will be critiqued along with mental toughness.  Qualified catching instructors will participate in this evaluation.
  • Speed - Quickness out of the box, speed on the bases and knowledge of the game will be critiqued

Please fill out the information below, selecting the age group for consideration (you may select more than one age group if you so chose) and also a few good dates that work for you.  Filling out this form will then allow the player to simply check her name off at the evaluation station as present and forgo filling this information out again.

The first 8 lines of the form are required for the form to be submitted.  All other information is at your descretion.
